The first and only company I called was Chris Galvan, owner of Platinum Roofing. I knew Chris because his company replaced our gutters after the HR tornado and had a great painter to do all the painting repairs.
Chris checked the main roof of the townhouse and detached garage, provided a quote within days, adhered to the HOA guidelines/approval process and the crew was ready 8 days later!
I can’t say enough about the crew. They were absolutely amazing and worked in tandem like a well oiled machine. My neighbors loved watching them. At the end of the installation, they went to each adjoining unit and cleaned up any debris that may have fallen into their area. Both adjoining owners said their patios had not been that clean in years! Needless to say, many of the neighbors now have Platinum’s contact info.
And then there’s Rachel…Chris’ office manager! Any issues, questions, concerns she will track down the answer or someone who can. She’s on top of billing, certification paperwork one might need, etc. yay!
